RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICY

Ampro Sales Ltd (QuietKat NZ) will accept the return or cancellation of an order under the following conditions:

Items that are purchased and cancelled before shipping are subject to a 15% processing and restocking fee at the discretion of Ampro Sales Ltd (QuietKat NZ).

Returns are subject to a 15% processing and restocking fee on the purchase price, as well as return shipping fees. The original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow Ampro Sales Ltd (QuietKat NZ) 4-6 weeks from the date we receive the item(s) to process the return and issue a refund to the original method of payment.

To qualify, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and included items free of damage.

Ampro Sales Ltd (QuietKat NZ) will not accept the returns of products after 30 days.

In the event of a product return, Ampro Sales Ltd (QuietKat NZ) will not accept the return of promotional items associated with that sale. The RRP value of the promotional items will be deducted from the refund.

Before a return is made, the customer must receive written approval of the return and a Return Authorisation Number from Ampro Sales Ltd (QuietKat NZ). If a customer sends a return without the written consent of the company, a refund will not be issued. The customer who sends a unit back without consent will be responsible for shipping costs back to them or will sacrifice the item. Once a return is approved by Ampro Sales Ltd (QuietKat NZ) you may receive an exchange, company credit, or a refund.

Customer responsibility for shipping returned items unless damaged upon receipt:

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and the cost of insuring the return shipment. If the customer does not pay for insurance, Ampro Sales Ltd (QuietKat NZ) is not responsible for lost items.

Additionally, Ampro Sales Ltd (QuietKat NZ) is not responsible for any damage to items incurred during the return shipment.

All purchases made through authorised QuietKat NZ retailers are subject to the dealer’s return and refund policies. Ampro Sales Ltd (QuietKat NZ) does not accept direct returns of products sold through authorised retailers. All products sold through dealers must be returned to the original seller.

Ampro Sales Ltd (QuietKat NZ) will honour price changes or promotional offerings at quietkat.co.nz for 14 days from the date of purchase.

To initiate a price guarantee, the customer must contact our team within the allotted timeframe.
